AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions means these Terms & Conditions for the Service made between M2BWorldTravel.com and the Customer in accordance with the completed reservation or transaction forms and its attachments (fare conditions etc). M2BWorldTravel.com refers to M2B WORLD TRAVEL PTE LTD with its registered office at 112 Middle Road #08-01 Midland House, Singapore 188970.
Customer means a person making reservations and payment for the Service and accepted by M2BWorldTravel.com including his/her travel partners and permitted assignees and is synonymous with the term "register" or "passenger" wherever used in other correspondence or documents.
Customer's Premises means the address specified overleaf in the M2BWorldTravel.com Registration Form & Terms & Conditions for the provisioning of the Service.
M2BWorldTravel.com is the name of an online travel services portal. It is accessible through a high-speed broadband access service which provides "always-on" connection to the broadband with a minimum access speed at 512 kbps, servicing for both residential and business users.
Service means the Service offered by M2BWorldTravel.com is delivered online via broadband to the Customer and is available worldwide. Service includes all products and services offered under the domain www. M2BWorldTravel.com, and applies to all Advertising, Subscription and Shopping Services offered under M2BWorldTravel.com.
- Advertising Sites refers to all Sites under M2BWorld.com that do not require the Customer to subscribe or pay to view. These sites include but are not limited to www.star78.com , www.shine8.com and www.jump29.com.
Subscription Sites refer to all Sites under M2BWorld.com that require the Customer to subscribe via the online subscription form provided in M2BWorld.com. A subscription account with an active Username and Password, as well as full payment of the subscription fees, are necessary for accessing this Service. These sites:
- Shopping Sites refer to all Online Shopping Malls & portals under M2BWorld.com that offer products or services for the home shopper at retail prices. These sites include www.starzmall.com and www.trotteuse.com.
Username means any number or alphanumeric symbols or characters, assigned by M2BWorldTravel.com to Customer as a User ID to be used in accessing the M2BWorldTravel.com. Services in conjunction with a password (this includes assigned User ID or selected by the Customer). Customer may choose 1 preferred User ID and it is subject to availability of the User ID. In the event of unavailability, M2BWorldTravel.com has the right to assign a User ID to the Customer.
Password means any number or alphanumeric symbols or characters, generated by M2BWorldTravel.com database system to Customer as an initial password to be used in accessing the M2BWorldTravel.com Services in conjunction with a User ID (this includes assigned Password or changes on the Password made by the Customer). Customer shall take all such measures as may be necessary (including and without limitation, to change his/her Password from time to time to protect the secrecy of his Password and shall not reveal the same to any other person from time to time. |
