BAJA CALIFORNIA

Estelle goes south of the border to Baja California, just half-an-hour drive south of the US border, where she shops for arts and crafts, learns how to make a burrito and interviews the makers of fine, hand-crafted furniture. Baja is a beautiful region filled with craftsmen and artists who sell their words on the street. Estelle enjoys a relaxing meal at her favorite restaurant as she is serenaded by local musicians. She also sees the Baja coastline and watches how an artist makes a glass-molded figurine, a tradition handed down from father to son. |
